Horrible Poem BTW (just an attempt dammit!)

I think I started this attempt like two months ago and got tired with writer’s block, so here it goes!

You’re not near

But you’re not far

I want to talk to you

And feel you

I can only see and hear you in my dreams

This confirms broken seams

Your voice is still a beacon

And I’ll hear it always I reckon

This is my worst attempt

In a world unkempt

And yet here I am

Trying to claim

Your love yet again…
